All Competitive+ classes (C+) run September through May and follow school holidays and breaks.
Competitive+ classes (C+) perform a routine in the year-end recital, which usually falls on the second Sunday of May. This requires a costume that BDC is responsible for ordering, fitting, preparing and families are invoiced for, and then it is theirs to keep.
COMPETITIVE+ CLASSES (C+)
Competitive+ classes (C+) also perform in a minimum of two competitions that are of a high calibre, with the potential to travel out of province.
Competitive+ classes (with the exception of Hip Hop) are required to take a Ballet class or a Technique class once a week. ALL Competitive+ classes are also required to take one Dancer Conditioning class per week.
Competitive+ dancers are those that are ultimately at a higher skill level and wanting to capitalize on that by taking their dancing to the next level. All dancers who register for a C+ class will be required to attend the placement class to determine if this is indeed the right fit. These will be held in the evenings of June 2nd, July 28th, and August 29th.
