COMPETITIVE+ CLASSES
All Competitive+ classes (C+) run September through May and follow school holidays and breaks.
Competitive+ classes (C+) perform a routine in the year-end recital, which usually falls on the second Sunday of May. This requires a costume that BDC is responsible for ordering, fitting, preparing and families are invoiced for, and then it is theirs to keep.
COMPETITIVE+ CLASSES (C+)
Competitive+ classes (C+) also perform in a minimum of two competitions that are of a high calibre, with the potential to travel out of province.
Competitive+ classes (with the exception of Hip Hop) are required to take a Ballet class or a Technique class once a week. ALL Competitive+ classes are also required to take one Dancer Conditioning class per week.
All dancers who register for a C+ class will not be required to attend a placement class, but instead will be subject to potential class-switching if the C+ is not the right fit (at the discretion of the educator and director).
