DivaDance - Adult Dance Combos

Ideal for beginners, this is an opportunity to try something NEW! Jazz, Burlesque, Street, we will learn fun combos to make you WERK!

 

Classes Offered:      Wednesday 8:45-9:30PM with Ms Carolynn

                Wednesday, March 4, 11, 18, 25

 

            Drop In: $10

 

Requirements:     Jazz shoes or bare/sock feet. Athletic wear.

 

 

 

 

 

Ballet Booty - Barre Fitness

This class will lead you through a workout that combines the best elements of ballet barre, pilates, functional training and stretching. Using the ballet barre, ballet fundamentals, free weights, resistance bands, and more we work the whole body in this great class!

 

Classes Offered:      Sunday 12:00-1March 15, 22, 29, April 5

 

Requirements:     Bare or sock feet. Athletic wear. Yoga mat is encouraged but not mandatory.
